Why a retainer? Why not an hourly rate?

After working with clients on an hourly basis, we find that it incentivizes the wrong work and habits.

Strategy, flexibility, and maintainability of solutions aren't a focus on an hourly relationship.

A retainer allows our team to not be "Yes" Men and Women. Instead, we make sure that the end result you want is:

1. The right end result for sustained growth
2. Achieved with the right steps along the way
3. Doesn't build you into a corner with technology

What is your minimum term?

Each Plan starts with a 6-month minimum. After that it's month-to-month.

We found that hourly engagements and shorter engagements don't allow for the proper strategy to be developed and changes to be adopted. This leads to disappointing and non-maximized results.

My past experiences with outside consultancies haven't lived up to expectations. How will this be different?

We've unfortunately had our own fair share of getting lackluster results from outside consultancies in disciplines outside our own. That's why we'll outline the deliverables in the first four months so you know exactly what you'll get.
