What You'll Own
HubSpot Architecture & Automation
- Build, configure, and optimize Lifecycle Stage, Lead Status, and Deal Pipelines
- Translate strategy into scalable HubSpot workflows, lists, and triggers
- Automate high-leverage revenue plays (reactivation, expansion, resurrection)
- Integrate tools like Supered, Slack, and client-side ERPs when needed
Revenue Reporting & Signal Enablement
- Build dashboards that surface actual signals, not just static KPIs
- Help clients see velocity, engagement, and expansion trends in real time
- Tag, track, and segment accounts to enable revenue plays at scale
Client Delivery Execution
- Support consultants during the 12-week delivery cycle with fast implementation
- Build documentation directly into the CRM via Supered
- Own the back-end while enabling others to execute on the front-end
Internal Systems Building
- Help define our playbook for CRM execution and automation
- Create repeatable templates and modular systems for scaling our delivery
- Be the technical glue that connects strategy to impact

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a RevOps, HubSpot,Marketing Ops, or CRM Technologist role
- Advanced experience inside HubSpot (properties, workflows, reports, pipeline config)
- Strong grasp of sales/marketing funnel mechanics and GTM strategy
- Ability to translate messy CRM data into structured automations
- Clear communicator who can explain technical things to non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Python, Javascript, SQL, or BI tools like Looker/Tableau
