What You'll Own

HubSpot Architecture & Automation

  • Build, configure, and optimize Lifecycle Stage, Lead Status, and Deal Pipelines
  • Translate strategy into scalable HubSpot workflows, lists, and triggers
  • Automate high-leverage revenue plays (reactivation, expansion, resurrection)
  • Integrate tools like Supered, Slack, and client-side ERPs when needed

Revenue Reporting & Signal Enablement

  • Build dashboards that surface actual signals, not just static KPIs
  • Help clients see velocity, engagement, and expansion trends in real time
  • Tag, track, and segment accounts to enable revenue plays at scale

Client Delivery Execution

  • Support consultants during the 12-week delivery cycle with fast implementation
  • Build documentation directly into the CRM via Supered
  • Own the back-end while enabling others to execute on the front-end

Internal Systems Building

  • Help define our playbook for CRM execution and automation
  • Create repeatable templates and modular systems for scaling our delivery
  • Be the technical glue that connects strategy to impact

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a RevOps, HubSpot,Marketing Ops, or CRM Technologist role
  • Advanced experience inside HubSpot (properties, workflows, reports, pipeline config)
  • Strong grasp of sales/marketing funnel mechanics and GTM strategy
  • Ability to translate messy CRM data into structured automations
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical things to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Python, Javascript, SQL, or BI tools like Looker/Tableau

Job requirements

We're looking for candidates who are familiar and comfortable with technology.

  • 2+ years in a RevOps, HubSpot,Marketing Ops, or CRM Technologist role
