For this position we're seeking someone who is very familiar with the HubSpot platform, and all its capabilities across different Hubs. This role is expected to have expert knowledge of HubSpot.
You'll be:
- Gathering requirements, planning, and building solutions with clients
- Scoping projects and tracking time in our Project Management tool
- Building out workflows, reports, integrations, and more in the HubSpot platform

Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior HubSpot Consultant to join our team, working closely with clients to enhance their HubSpot instance, integrate data sources, and build solutions that drive tangible revenue outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating strategic solutions, is highly proficient in HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools, and has a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Work with executive-level clients to audit, manage, and optimize their HubSpot instance, ensuring it aligns with their revenue and marketing goals.
- Develop complex integrations with HubSpot, external BI tools, and other third-party systems to enhance data flow and analytics.
- Customize and implement workflows, reports, and dashboards, creating clear attribution and performance insights.
- Lead strategy sessions to identify key revenue-driving signals and apply best practices for data collection, segmentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure data accuracy, improve automation, and enhance marketing attribution.
- Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering high-level consulting for HubSpot usage and expansion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including expertise in CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and custom properties.
- Proven track record of successful HubSpot implementations and optimizations
- Experience with data integration tools, API connections, and data visualization software
- Strong understanding of analytics, attribution modeling, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- High proficiency in HubSpot workflows, custom fields, and data segmentation
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Certifications (especially HubSpot Solutions Partner certifications)
- Experience working with B2B companies and driving actionable insights from CRM data
- Knowledge of data engineering principles or data cleaning best practices
