What You'll Do
Architect & Implement:
- Design scalable HubSpot solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients’ tech stacks.
- Develop custom automation, CRM configurations, and data flows that maximize efficiency.
- Oversee and execute end-to-end HubSpot implementations, ensuring long-term success.
Client Engagement & Strategy:
- Lead technical discovery sessions to map out needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable HubSpot solutions.
- Consult on best practices, integrations, and automation strategies to optimize revenue operations.
Technical Execution:
- Build custom integrations using HubSpot APIs and third-party platforms (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io).
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, reporting dashboards, and automation workflows.
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth adoption and scalability.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to drive cross-functional success.
- Mentor internal teams on HubSpot best practices, automation strategies, and CRM optimization.
What You Bring
- HubSpot Expertise: 3+ years of experience in HubSpot solutions architecture, consulting, or CRM administration.
- Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of HubSpot APIs, custom objects, workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to design and execute solutions that align with business needs.
- Client-Focused: Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Strategic Thinker: Can connect HubSpot optimizations to tangible revenue outcomes.
Bonus Skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, or Python
- Prior experience working in a HubSpot Partner Agency or consulting firm
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI and data engineering concepts
